Merit-making Thai Shop Amsterdam
On Wednesday, 5th October 2011 Mrs.Suwinya Krainara, the owner of Thai Shop in Amsterdam has invited the monks for merit-making at her shop. Thai Shop has been known for years as the only Thai owner shop that sells many kinds of import products from Thailand such as fresh fruits and vegetables, books, OTOP products, etc. On that day Mrs.Krainara, her families and friends have donated € 729 for our new temple project. Photo’s from Mahachati ceremony 25 sep
On Sunday 25th September Buddhavihara temple held a Mahachati ceremony as in previous releases. This ceremony is one of the Buddhist festivals. There are many people coming to participate in this occation. It is very impressive enough to make some of people cry tears of happiness. The sermons are done in both Thai and I-san language. Merit-making at house of Khun Tan-Manu
On Saturday 17th September, Khun Tan and Khun Manu, the owners of “Muang Thai” Thai restaurant in Amsterdam have invited the monks to their house for merit-making. Vipassana meditation at Apeldoorn 11 sep
On Sunday 11th september 2011, The monks have been visiting a group of people in Apeldoorn. There were about 40 people joining this occation. Khun Tee-Noi and Khun Aom offered their house for good karma and vipassana meditation. What funny is when the people about to offer the monks foods, we could not find our almbowls!! Dhamma mission tour Groningen 10 sep
On Saturday 10 September 2011, the monks went to Groningen for the Dhamma mission trip. Khun Johan and Sompid (Au) are the host for this mission. They have large garden with enough space for all of us to make vipassana meditation. On that day there were about 30 people from that city and others nearby to join us. Moreover, they have started to grow a Kathina plant for Kathin harmony (Sunday, October 30) …. sadhu!

Dhamma missies reis naar Friesland
วันอาทิตย์ที่ 28 สิงหาคม คณะพระธรรมทูตจากวัดพุทธวิหารอัมสเตอร์ดัม 2 รูป ได้สัญจรไปพบพี่น้องพุทธศาสนิกชน ชาวจังหวัดFriesland ณ เมือง Sint Annaparochie โดยได้รับการอุปถัมภ์จากคุณโยมสมพิศ พร้อมสามี มีใจศรัทธาเปิดบ้านให้เป็นวัด 1 วัน และป้านาง คุณละอองดาว ตรีเมืองปักษ์ไวยาวัจกรวัดประจำเมืองเป็นผู้ประสานงาน …มีคณะญาติธรรมมาร่วมปฏิบัติธรรม กว่า 30 คน

Happy Birthday Khun Noi..
วันเสาร์ที่่ 27 สิงหาคม ที่ผ่านมาท่านเจ้าอาวาส พร้อมกับพระมหาณัฐพล ได้รับรับนิมนต์เพื่อเจริญพระพุทธมนต์ เนื่องในวันคล้ายวันเกิดครบรอบ 50 ปี ของคุณน้อย วิจิตราแห่งเมือง Amstelhoek ซึ่งเป็นเมืองที่พอเอยชื่อปุ๊ป ก็จะได้คำถามกลับปั๊ปเช่นกันว่า มันอยู่ที่ไหนเหรอ…ทำหน้าเหมือนคุ้นๆ…ก็ขอบอกว่า มันอยู่แถว Uithoorn ห่างจากอัมสเตอร์ดัม 20 กิโลเมตรเท่านั้นเองจ้า…เอ้า..กัลยาณมิตรญาติธรรมทั้งหลายช่วยกันอวยพรพร้อมกัน… Gefeliciteerd met je verjaardag…สาธุ!
